How to Order On-line

On-line is easy! Here's how to get started:

When you select a product, a box comes up to let you know you have added it to your shopping cart.  You can veiw your shopping cart or order summary at any time by clicking "view shopping cart" button at the top or bottom of the screen, this will automatically display the items you have selected.  This screen also allows you to edit items, delete items or entire order. check out, or continue shopping.

When you're ready to place your order, click "Checkout," which will bring you to the Select Method of payment page. You will be asked how you want to submit order.  There are 5 options.  Phone, Fax, email, postal mail, or secured online ordering.  Click on the method you prefer and that will take you to the form that corresponds.  Verify the ordered items then continue down the page to fill out the form completely, customer information, billing, shipping address, credit card information, password, email, phone, and delivery instructions. Complete all required information and follow the onscreen prompts through the order process, remembering to click " submit" or simply print out the filled out form for faxing and mailing at the bottom of each page after you fill in the requested information. 

Phone Orders: Although ordering On-line with Koury Wildlife Art is completely secure, some people still prefer to order by phone. If you'd like to place your order by Phone, please call toll-free 1-877-568-7978.

We send a E-mail message to confirm each On-line order you make, and we occasionally use E-mail addresses for promotion of sales or other items of interest to our customers. If you receive E-mail from us that you would rather not receive, simply follow the unsubscribe instructions included in the E-mail. Koury Wildlife Art does not share, sell or trade E-mail addresses, information collected as part of a survey or specific details about you or your household. Except to verify credit card information to complete your order, we do not use or release any credit card or financial information for any purpose. For privacy purposes, all information relating to our customers is stored on a highly secure server that is not accessible via the Internet.

Overview

At any time, you can view or change the contents of your cart by clicking on the "View Shopping Cart" link at the top of the page. You can remove items from your cart by simply setting the quantity to zero and updating your cart.

When you have finished collecting items to purchase, you can click on the "Place Order" link at the top of the page. You will be given the chance to verify your purchase before proceeding to checkout. If the shop owner accepts orders by postal mail, you will be given a chance to print an invoice to mail in. Otherwise, your order will be sent to a secure webserver to collect your payment and shipping information.

Can I come back to my cart later?

If your browser accepts cookies, you will be able to come back to your cart and any items in your cart will still be waiting for you, up to when the cookie expires. Most common versions of the Netscape and Internet Explorer browsers will accept cookies unless you tell them not to. If your browser does not accept cookies, or if you return after the cookie expires, you will be assigned a new cart when you return.

Is my order secure?

Yes. The shopping program is designed to run on an insecure server while you gather your purchases. It will not collect any information about you while running in insecure mode. When you are ready to make your purchase, you will be transferred to a secure server and then you will be asked to provide shipping and billing information. Your private data will be encrypted before sending it back to the shop owner for processing.
