Don Folk has spoiled us over the years with his cheesecakes, all of which are wonderful! But the master has reached a new level, his artistry is simply wonderful and the taste is fabulous. Don constantly experiments with tastes and combinations and I for one am overjoyed to be part of his test audience. For those of you that are not familiar with Don, he supplies a different cheesecake each workshop that his wife Lori is in. So you can bet people beg Lori to be in their workshop!
