Natural Camo

This is all about camouflage and blending into your environment. The Florida gopher frog shares the burrow of the gopher tortoise with at least 20 other critters, you would think it would get a little crowded in there. The painting is meant to help accentuate the camouflage theme by placing the frog off center, placing the erect dayflower in the piece to draw away from the frog, and using the frog’s natural color to blend him in.
